Zymi
Terms of Service
Last updated: October 13, 2026
1. Who we are
Zymi is a Discord bot with a dashboard on this website (together, the Service). It is operated by:
- Operator: azym76, Russia
- Contact e-mail: support@azym76.com
These Terms are a binding agreement between you and us. They apply to anyone who uses the Service: an administrator who adds Zymi to a Discord server, a member of that server's staff who uses the dashboard, and a member of a server where Zymi works. By using the Service you accept them. How we handle personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, which is part of these Terms.
2. What the Service is and what it is not
- Free of charge. The Service costs nothing and nothing is sold through this website.
- No real money. The Service includes a virtual currency, shops and Premium keys. None of them has any monetary value and none is sold: what is "bought" in a shop is paid for with the virtual currency only.
- Built on Discord. Your use of the Service is also subject to Discord's own Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. Discord is a trademark of Discord Inc.; we are not affiliated with or endorsed by it.
- Not a moderator. Zymi gives a server's staff records and hints. Moderating a Discord server remains the responsibility of that server's own staff.
3. Eligibility and age
- You must be older than 13 and meet the minimum age Discord requires in your country where it is higher.
- You must hold a Discord account in good standing and follow Discord's terms.
- You may use the Service as a consumer or as a business.
4. Your account
You log in to the dashboard with your Discord account; no separate account is created with us. Parts of the Service work without logging in, with fewer features.
- Keep the credentials of your Discord account confidential and safe.
- You are responsible for everything done on this website under your Discord account.
- Tell us at once at support@azym76.com if you think your account or access has been compromised, disclosed or stolen.
5. Adding Zymi to a Discord server
If you add Zymi to a Discord server or configure it there, you confirm that you have the authority to do so on behalf of that server. You are responsible for how the Service is used on it:
- the permissions you give its staff in the dashboard;
- the settings you choose;
- telling the members of the server that Zymi works there and processes their messages as described in the Privacy Policy.
6. Your content
The Service processes content you post on Discord servers where it works (such as messages and attached files) and content you provide through this website (such as notes, markers, ticket panel settings, shop items and the pictures uploaded for them).
- Your rights. You confirm that you are legally allowed to provide the content and that it breaks no law and no rights of other people.
- Licence to us. You give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to process your content solely to run and maintain the Service. To the extent the law allows, you waive moral rights in it for that purpose.
- Your responsibility. You alone are liable for the content you upload, post or share. We do not filter or moderate it.
We may remove, delete or block content and, without prior notice, deny its uploader access to this website:
- when we learn of an (alleged) breach of these Terms, of someone's rights or of the law based on that content;
- when we receive a notice that it infringes intellectual property rights;
- when we receive a notice that it violates someone's privacy, including that of their children;
- when a public authority orders it;
- when the content may be a risk for users, other people or the availability of the Service.
Removal gives no right to compensation, damages or reimbursement. You agree to hold us harmless from any claim or damage caused by content you provided.
7. Rules and prohibited use
Use the Service only for what it is provided for, under these Terms and the law. You are responsible for making sure your use breaks no law, regulation or rights of other people. You may not:
7.1 Conduct
- pretend to meet a condition for using the Service, such as the required age or permissions on a Discord server;
- hide your identity, take someone else's, or pretend to represent someone without their permission;
- manipulate identifiers to disguise where your messages or content come from;
- defame, abuse, harass or threaten others, or violate their legal rights in any other way;
- promote activity that may endanger anyone's life or lead to physical harm, including suicide threats or instigation, glorification of violence and self-harm;
- use the Service to monitor, track or profile people for anything other than the moderation of the Discord server concerned.
7.2 Content
- publish content that is unlawful, obscene, libellous or inappropriate;
- publish content that promotes hate, racism, discrimination, pornography or violence where Discord's rules do not permit it;
- publish content that is false or may cause unjustified alarm;
- publish content protected by intellectual property law without the right-holder's permission;
- publish content that infringes other rights, including state, military, trade or professional secrets and personal data;
- spam, phish, distribute malware or viruses, run pyramid or other scam schemes, or send unsolicited advertising.
7.3 Other people's data
- take over an account used by someone else;
- harvest or collect identifying information about other people, including by getting around the permissions that restrict access to it in the dashboard;
- use information about other people for purposes other than those the Service is meant for, or take it out of the Service for such purposes.
7.4 Security and fair use
- probe, scan or test the vulnerability of this website or any network connected to it, or breach its security or authentication, without our authorisation;
- upload or otherwise bring malware into or through this website;
- use this website or its infrastructure in an abusive or excessive way, or try to disrupt or overload it;
- use automated means to extract or scrape data or content from this website, unless we explicitly allowed it;
- get virtual currency, virtual items or raised limits by means the Service does not intend, such as automating activity, exploiting errors or trying to guess Premium keys.
You may not use an excessive share of the Service's resources compared with other users. If you do, we may suspend your access or limit the activity concerned (for example, the storage available to a server) until the use comes down.
7.5 Commercial use
- use this website to promote, sell or advertise products or services of any kind;
- sell, buy or exchange virtual currency, virtual items or Premium keys for money or anything of value outside the Service;
- resell, copy or exploit any part of the Service without our prior written permission;
- suggest that you stand in a special relationship with us, or that we endorse you, your products or anyone else's.
If you do, or are suspected of doing, any of this, or otherwise break the law, these Terms, Discord's terms or someone's rights, we may deny you access, end the agreement and report the conduct to the competent authorities or to Discord.
8. Virtual currency, shops and Premium keys
8.1 Virtual currency and virtual items
Where a server's administrators have turned it on, you can earn a virtual currency by taking part in that server and spend it in a shop on virtual items, including roles on that server. A second currency and shop, run by us, may be available across all servers.
- No monetary value. Virtual currency and items are provided for entertainment. They are not your property and cannot be redeemed, refunded or exchanged for money, goods or services, nor transferred, sold or bought outside the functions the Service itself provides.
- Chance. Features that involve chance (such as the outcome of work or of a deposit) concern virtual currency only and can never result in a gain or loss of money.
- Set by the server. How a server's currency is earned and spent, the items offered and their prices are set by that server's staff, who may change them, correct balances, or remove items and roles at any time.
- May change. We may change, limit, reset or discontinue the virtual currency, the shops and any virtual item, in whole or in part, at any time and without notice.
8.2 Premium keys
We may, at our sole discretion and free of charge, issue keys that raise certain limits of the Service on a Discord server for a limited time once an administrator of that server activates them. A key can be activated once and for one server only.
- Keys are not sold and may not be sold, bought or exchanged for anything of value.
- You have no entitlement to receive a key, to its renewal or to keeping the raised limits.
- We may change or withdraw a key, its period or the limits it gives at any time.
8.3 Limits
The ordinary limits that apply to every server without a key (such as the storage available, the period for which messages may be kept, or the number of items and panels a server may create) are set by us and may change at any time and without notice.
When a key ends, is changed or withdrawn, or a limit is lowered, the limits that then apply are the only ones the server has. What a server has already created is kept, but data stored above the new limit (such as archived files beyond the storage available, or messages older than the period for which they may be kept) may be deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.
None of the changes described in this section gives a right to compensation, damages or reimbursement.
9. Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise or clearly recognisable, the content of this website, and the trademarks, names, images and logos that appear with it, belong to us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws and treaties.
You may not copy, download, share, modify, translate, publish, transmit, sell, sublicense or create derivative works from that content, or let anyone else do so through you or your device, beyond what the proper use of the Service needs. Where this website explicitly says so, you may download, copy or share some content for your own personal, non-commercial use, keeping the copyright and other attributions we ask for.
We do our best to make sure the content of this website infringes no law and no rights of others. If you believe it does, please tell us at support@azym76.com.
10. Third-party resources
Through the Service you reach resources provided by others, first of all the Discord platform. We have no control over them and are not responsible for their content or availability. The conditions that apply to them are those of each provider or, without such conditions, the law.
11. Availability and "as is"
- We may interrupt the Service for maintenance, updates or other changes, and will tell users in an appropriate way.
- Within the limits of the law we may suspend or discontinue the Service altogether. If we do, we will help users retrieve their personal data and respect the rights the law gives them.
- The Service may be unavailable for reasons outside our reasonable control, such as infrastructure breakdowns, blackouts, or an interruption or change of the Discord platform.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", and you use it at your own risk. To the fullest extent the law allows, we give no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not promise that the Service will meet your needs, be accurate, uninterrupted, secure or free of errors or harmful components, or work with your browser, device or operating system. Some laws do not allow such exclusions; where that is so, they do not apply to you, and any rights the law gives you as a consumer stay in place.
12. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits a liability that cannot be excluded or limited under the law that applies to you. Subject to that, and to the fullest extent the law allows, we and anyone working with us are not liable for:
- indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages, including loss of profits, goodwill, use or data;
- damage or loss from hacking, tampering or other unauthorised access to the Service, to your account or to the data stored with us;
- errors, mistakes or inaccuracies of content, and any loss from relying on content made available through the Service;
- personal injury or property damage resulting from your use of the Service;
- interruption of the Service, and bugs, viruses or the like transmitted to or through it;
- the defamatory, offensive or illegal conduct of any user or third party.
Our total liability for all claims is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. This applies whatever the liability is based on (contract, negligence or anything else), even if we were told such damage was possible.
13. Your responsibility for breach
To the extent the law allows, you agree to defend and compensate us and anyone working with us for claims, damages, losses and costs, including legal fees, that arise from:
- your use of the Service, including any data or content you transmit or receive;
- your breach of these Terms;
- your violation of someone else's rights, including privacy and intellectual property rights;
- your violation of any law or regulation;
- content submitted from your account, including by someone else using your access;
- your wilful misconduct.
14. Suspension and termination
- By you. You can stop using the Service at any time: log out of the dashboard, remove Zymi from your Discord server, or write to us. What happens to the data in each case is described in the Privacy Policy.
- By us. We may, at our sole discretion, suspend or end at any time and without notice a user's access, or the operation of the Service on a Discord server, that we find inappropriate, offensive or in breach of these Terms.
Suspension or termination gives no right to compensation, damages or reimbursement.
15. Changes
We may change these Terms at any time and will tell users in an appropriate way. A change applies only from the date we announce. If you keep using the Service after that date, you accept the new Terms; if you do not want to be bound by them, stop using the Service. The earlier version governs what happened before, and you can ask us for any previous version.
16. Governing law and disputes
- Law. These Terms are governed by the law of Russia, where we are based, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. If the law of the country you are in gives consumers stronger protection, that protection prevails.
- Courts. Disputes about these Terms are decided exclusively by the courts of Russia, where we are based. This does not apply to consumers in the European Union, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway or Iceland.
- Talk to us first. Your right to take legal action is never affected, but please bring any dispute to us first. Send a short description and, where relevant, the Discord server and account concerned to support@azym76.com. We handle complaints without undue delay and within 21 days of receiving them.
17. General
- Severability. If a provision of these Terms is or becomes invalid or unenforceable, the rest stays in force. The invalid provision is read, or replaced by the applicable statutory rule, so as to stay as close as the law allows to what it was meant to say.
- No waiver. If we do not enforce a right or provision, that is not a waiver of it, now or later.
- Transfer. We may transfer, assign or subcontract our rights and obligations under these Terms, taking your legitimate interests into account. You may not transfer yours without our written permission.
- Entire agreement. These Terms, with the Privacy Policy, are the whole agreement between you and us about the Service and replace any earlier one.
